The site exists to keep me accountable. Publishing forces precision. It forces honesty about what worked, what didn't, and what the plan actually was before the outcome was known.
It's also meant to be something worth passing forward someday. A documented approach to thinking about markets — the strategies, the failures, the refinements — that could help the next generation of traders in my family navigate the markets intelligently.
I trade because the market is the most interesting intellectual and psychological challenge I've found. The craft of reading tape, managing risk, and staying disciplined under uncertainty is endlessly complex. This site captures that complexity honestly.

Are you a professional trader?
Not in the institutional sense. I'm a self-directed trader who has pursued prop firm evaluations and actively trades personal capital. The journey is ongoing and imperfect by design.
Why share this publicly?
Accountability. Documenting the practice keeps standards high and thinking clear. If it helps someone else on their journey, that's a bonus — not the primary goal.

What markets do you trade?
Primarily US equities — individual stocks, ETFs. Some options. I trade intraday (day trading), swing positions (days to weeks), and occasionally longer-term positions.
